About this position

We’re looking for candidates with guest services experience who are familiar with the outdoor hospitality industry.

This position is for on-site guest service ambassadors at our property in Paoli, IN.

Our guest services ambassadors are responsible for front-line communication with our guests, troubleshooting and resolution of issues, and the day-to-day operations of our properties. 

The best candidates will

  • Care deeply about the customer experience and take pride in providing the best service possible to guests 

  • Be patient and empathetic to our guests who come from all over the country and have different levels of experience with camping and electronic booking systems

  • Have an interest in growing their career in the outdoor hospitality industry

Description

As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Maintain property appearance and cleanliness

  • Empty fire pits and trash cans throughout property

  • Clean bath houses, laundry, and office spaces daily

  • Monitor check-in/check-out of guests

  • 100% guest satisfaction is your ultimate objective

  • Assist guests with local recommendations and retail purchases

  • Enforce property rules and guidelines, when necessary

  • Communicate guests and maintenance issues to your supervisors

Required

  • Ability to travel to our other properties, if necessary

  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

  • Familiarity with using laptops and smartphones for communication

  • Detail-oriented for accuracy of data and information

  • Treat our properties like your home and your mother-in-law is visiting

  • Take care of guests like family

  • Able to lift up to 50lbs

  • Ability to de-escalate and/or resolve guests complaints or issues

  • Effective critical thinking and decision-making skills

  • Unequivocal drive for guest satisfaction

Compensation

  • 30/50amp site accommodation

  • Paid biweekly hourly rate $15/hr
