Demand is sparked by; New ideas, we develop inhouse that we turn into products, from investors, customers, and community, as part of our ongoing events.
Our design team aims to uncover solutions for our clients that they didn’t even know we’re there through our design thinking process and variety of design methods. We believe in a measure twice, cut once philosophy that is underpinned by talking to and listening to customers to understand the gaps, strengths and weaknesses they’re experiencing. After we understand the right problem to solve for we bring to bear a world class team of developers and designers to quickly build and test our solutions.
As a Senior Designer within the Revelry Design team you’ll work closely with the Chief Design Officer, Design Director, and your internal design team to;
Facilitate and or participate in Discovery sessions as part of our Design Thinking process to uncover problems we didn’t even know were there.
Assist in translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and enable them to tell inspiring stories that drive measurable impact
Understand and appreciate strategy and bring to bear their skills in defining brand characteristics and establish a vision for an entire company—think about Target’s use of red and the bull’s-eye logo.
Distill the essence of our company’s personality into visual communications that connect with viewers.
Obsess about typography, imagery, the interplay between words and pictures, and how all of this tells a story appropriate to the brand.
Develop product and service communications such as printed collateral, packaging, email notifications, and signage, and wayfinding.
Collaborate with product designers to ensure the coherence of this end-to-end experience.
Contribute both strategically and in the actual execution of work, as well as educating internal teams on the importance of brand strategy to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Direct: We deal with a lot of moving pieces and changing technology. There are multiple hurdles here around communicating clearly. Talking about technology can get complicated; talking about people’s ideas can get touchy. Our voice should be as direct and unambiguous as possible so that there is no room for misinterpretation. We should also back up our opinions and statements with facts so that everyone can see and understand the reasoning. We want the people we work with to understand what we’re saying and/, but we also don’t wanna be a jerk.
Empowering: We’re entrepreneurs at heart; we love thinking about the next big thing. Our voice should inspire others to dream, as well. We have many of the tools you’ll need to get started, but we can also build anything. Let’s dream together.
Open: We can’t be adaptable if we’re absolutist or concrete in our thinking. We’re open to change, and we’re open to the idea that change may come from unexpected places. Our voice should convey that we’re confident in our ability to learn and grow and will readily take on a challenge when it brings value to our team or the things we build.
Fact & Research Based Opinions: Although we have strong opinions, they’re evidence and research-based. Our voice should convey that suggestions and feedback come from a place of experience, and we’re willing to talk about those findings that support our stance. Our voice should also convey that we're keen to update our opinions based on new discoveries. User research and testing, and design thinking, are integral parts of our build process.
